Mix & Match

Today I’m wearing my black Vibe Johansson top and my blue jeans.
I found my old black shoes and my ray-ban sunglasses to make the look more casual and trendy.

Hot Or Not

Today's HotSpot

Today I bought a wonderful shirt in a little store called “In & Out” in Tsim Sha Tsui.
I choose to spend only HKD 69 on my new shirt.
Why eat for 100 HKD when you can go buying yourself a new shirt?
My Idea is to wear the shirt for my next party. I’m thinking of wearing the shirt with my white purl necklace or just an eye-catching necklace and of cause “the hat”.
I’m going to find some high heels and some leggings.  It’s a very casual look with a little twist of the 1920's spirit.
Yesterday I watched the TV series called “Boardwalk Empire” and I was enchanted by the way all the women was dressed up. I want to bring that look up again.
I believe that look signals sexiness, femininity and sophistication.
"In the 1920’s the clothing changed with women's changing roles in modern society, particularly with the idea of new fashion
The tubular dresses of the 'teens had evolved into a similar silhouette that now sported shorter skirts with pleats, gathers, or slits to allow motion.
The straight-line chemise topped by the close-fitting cloche hat became the uniform of the day. Women "bobbed," or cut, their hair short to fit under the popular hats, a radical move in the beginning, but standard by the end of the decade. Low-waisted dresses with fullness at the hemline allowed women to kick up their heels literally in new dances like the Charleston."
Get inspired and look at the pictures below!

You don’t need to spend all of your money every time you go out and buy a new trendy piece for you closet.
Actually I think the coolest way to mix and match a trendy look is when you wear something expensive and something cheap.
You put on a dress from Marc Jacob. You mix it with your old white purl necklace and some trendy shoes you just found in an unknown store. Now you have made your own unique look and are ready to go out and show the world your creativity.
A good advise:
Before you buy make sure it’s good quality. Look at the stitch, substance and makeup residue. There is nothing worse than buying a style you totally love and then find out you can’t wear it after few days. It’s not only because of you loss of money but your loss of a good look witch is heartbreaking.

News

Do you like fashion as much as I do?

If your answer is yes- why not spend HK$100 on the world’s second largest and Asia’s largest fashion event.
The Hong Kong Fashion Week for fall / Winter offers a fantastic spread of the very latest in apparel, accessories and fashion-related products from high-end fashion to mass merchandise, to buyers from all over the world.

16 Jan (Mon), Opening hour: 10 am – 6 Pm
17 – 18 Jan (Tue – Wed), Opening hour: 9:30 am – 6 pm
19 Jan (Thu), Opening hour: 9:30 am – 5 pm
I think it’s a wonderful opportunity to learn all about the “new” trends and looks for the coming season before your friends.

Actually my closet needs to be refreshed and of cause my closet deserves the best arrivals. Not only my closet – I need to look trendy and show my surroundings how to look trendy in my way.
I think all women on this planet have their own style and why not share your ideas and knowledge and inspire other people.
I love to go out on the streets of Hong Kong just to watch how women dress up and how they seek to express them self. It’s a unique way to communicate without even talking.
You don’t need to know the person or her language. You don’t need to understand her culture or trying. You only need to be observant and enjoy “the moment” and get inspired.
